The Schankin System Massage Policy Notes
Session Fees: All session fees may be paid by Cash or Check and made out to Cynthia Schankin. Payments for services are expected at the end of each session unless prior arrangements are made between the therapist and the client. Fees are as follows:
The Schankin System Massage $50.00 (1 hr ) 

Hot Rock Sessions

$50.00 each (1 hr) 
Manual Lymphatic Drain(MLD)$50.00 each (1hr)
Additional ½ hour to any above session $20.00
 
Cancellation Policy Please call 24hours before schedule session time. If you do not call before 24hours of your schedule session time, the therapist can not book that session and a loss of income accrues. In order to insure that you call before 24 hours the therapist reserves the right to charge a 24hour cancellation fee of $20.00 for every hour scheduled. (Example: session is 90mins so fee is $30.) This fee will be added to your next session time.
 
NO CALL/NO SHOW Policy Basically the therapist will give you 10 minutes to be on time to your schedule massage session before NO CALL/NO SHOW, cancellation of session, will be billed to you. If you do not call within 24 hours to cancel your session or show up within this 10 minute time frame, you will be charged the full session rate that was scheduled. (Example: 90mins is $70.00 fee. 60mins is $50.00.) The therapist will except to be paid a NO CALL/NO SHOW fee before any other sessions will be scheduled. So call if you are running late or can not make it to your session so I don’t have to charge you so much.

Return Check policy $25.00 return check fee will be added to the amount due. Payment in full is due before any other sessions will be schedule and the therapist reserves the right to refuse any checks there after.
 
Weather policy Due to hazardous weather condition such as snow, ice storms, heavy rain and/or tornado warning, the therapist reserves the right to cancel and reschedule you for another day. In the case of snow and ice please understand that the walkway in the winter months are difficult to maintain while I am seeing clients, be very careful and you take it at your own risk without holding  Cynthia Schankin and/or house owners responsible for injury if you are coming for massage on theses days. If you think the weather is too much for you please call to reschedule, I will wave the cancellation fee for hazardous weather condition but not NO CALL/ NO SHOW fees.
